Loudoun County, VA (July 8, 2026): The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) continues to investigate a fatal crash between a 2026 Acura sedan and an electric standing scooter that occurred in the early morning hours of July 7, 2026, on Loudoun County Parkway between Waxpool Road and Uunet Drive in Ashburn.
The victim, Tesfu Desta, 59, of Ashburn, was found to be unresponsive and later pronounced deceased.
